Join our Young Adults Focus Group, a pilot project consisting of 18-25-year-olds dedicated to improving gambling harm service delivery and digital services for young adults across the UK.

Are you passionate about helping others? Do you have personal experience with gambling, or know someone who does? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young adults?

At GamCare, we believe that young adult’s voices are essential in shaping our services and supporting those affected by gambling harms. Our Young Adults Focus Group is a pilot project consisting of a group of 18-25 year old’s who lead us in the development and co-creation service delivery improvement and design as well as enhancing our digital services with the aim of improving our support offer for young adults throughout the UK.

• Influence service design: Your insights and ideas will directly impact how we support young adults affected by gambling.
• Co-create solutions: Collaborate with GamCare staff and other young adults to develop innovative and effective support services.
• Develop your skills: Gain valuable experience in co-production, leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Make a real difference: Help us create a world where all young people can access the support they need to overcome gambling harms.
• £30 per session as thank you: As a thank you for your time you will receive £30 per session in vouchers.
• Pilot may be extended: If this focus group is successful we will explore implementing the group as a participation project within our organisation.

Who can take part?

Any young adult aged between 18-25 interested can join.

We welcome young adults from all communities, backgrounds and beliefs, especially those that feel unheard within society.

Whether you gamble yourself, experiencing gambling related harm, impacted by someone else’s gambling or have never gambled at all, you are invited to take part.
